About I.W.C.R
The International Wolfalike Companion Registry (I.W.C.R) was created in 2017 to help those who wish to breed healthy wolf-look-alike type dogs and to help to find healthy outcross partners, as well as to promote ethical breeding among breeders.
I.W.C.R register different breeds of Wolfalike Type breeds, such as Northern Inuit Dogs, Tamaskans and other breeds that can fit under the wolfalike type umbrella. I.W.C.R are first and foremost a registry dedicated to helping breeders demanding the highest standards of ethics and conduct breeding wolfalike type dogs, ensuring that puppies are brought up in the best way possible. I.W.C.R will only register dogs from ethical breeders who adhere to the breeder’s code of ethics.
All parents to I.W.C.R registered litters are fully health tested regarding hips and elbow scoring, DNA tested and have their eyes examined according to the breeder’s code of ethics.
The I.W.C.R breeding committee is available to answer any questions you may have. You will find their contact details on our website.
We want to emphasise that this is just a registry so the registered dogs will keep their original breed/breeds and the dogs registered with I.W.C.R will ONLY be “registered with”.
